Picnik
~Picnik is a neat graphics making program that doesn't require a download! All you do is upload the picture right there and start editing it, no downloads or anything!

Sumo Paint
~This is a really neat program like Paint.net or Gimp, but it doesn't require a download! If you click the link a window will open up with the program. It even supports layers!
